Ranks

Ranks are now finished, however I cannot launch FTB Infinity currently, therefore I cannot actually make sure everything works as planned.. I will make donation ranks visible as soon as I can launch infinity on my computer and make sure at least one of them works.. thanks for the patience.

There will be some perks for the old donors, like a prefix of [Legacy] and some perks like feed heal and unlimited homes for all previous donors
